Our Story

Brick is founded by the co-founder of Slice (#1 unicorn millennial neobank in India) and an early employee of Aspire (#1 SME neobank in SEA).

We are fintech builders ourselves, and we understand what fintech builders need. Our mission is to enable the next generation of developers to build accessible financial services for 500M+ consumers and businesses across Southeast Asia.

Starting in 2021, we have raised an $8.5M Seed round from exceptional investors and angels (including Better Tomorrow Ventures, Flourish Ventures, Antler).

What we are looking for

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our Payment products at Brick. This individual will focus on identifying potential clients, building relationships, and ultimately closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and a deep understanding of the B2B sales process.

What you need

Minimum of 1-2 years experience in B2B/Enterprise sales with an emphasis on SaaS
Experience in Fintech or Financial Services and familiarity with Indonesian market
Comfortable / has past experience working with revenue quota as core key results
Demonstrated ability to develop sales opportunities in timely manner (hunting instinct)
Experience with both inside and outside sales, including lead generation and outbound prospecting
Exceptional communication skills; excellent verbal and written English & Indonesian
Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment where self-motivated individuals succeed
Established relationships with Senior and C-level executives

Brand Marketing Specialist

About the Role

You enjoy storytelling, creative brainstorming, and meeting new connections.

You’ll help Brick to become the thought leader in B2B business payout through various brand marketing activities like hosting virtual events, finding speaking opportunities, community building, and creating industry-specific content.

In this role, you’ll work closely with both Marketing Team internally and cross-department team (People Team, Sales Team, and CEO) to support works both ways.

What we are looking for

Position Brick as a thought leader in the business payment, payroll and open finance industry through various traction channels.
Grow our social media to amplify brand presence. You’ll work closely with content marketing team to distribute and establish a thought leadership through high-impact industry event.
Plan, organize, and execute community-building initiatives such as events, webinars, and workshops, networking opportunities, and collaboration to promote Brick's products and services.
Coordinate and manage speaking engagements, including identifying relevant opportunities, securing speakers, and preparing presentations.
Manage public relations efforts, including crafting press releases, and monitoring brand mentions. You’ll work closely with a PR agency on the execution of media outreach.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

What you need

1+ years of proven working experience in brand marketing. Internship and bootcamp’s apprenticeship is acceptable. Extensive experience in B2B marketing is preferable.
Understanding of media buying in non-performance channels like new media outlets, radios, grass root events, etc is a plus.
Strong communication skills and initiative in building connections with external and internal parties is highly preferable.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
Strong attention to detail, project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a positive, can-do attitude.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Manager to oversee our payment operations, KYC onboarding, and technical sales functions. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of our processes while driving operational excellence and client success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment operations, leadership skills, and an understanding of technical integration and client onboarding.

What you need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field
3-4 years of experience in operations or a related field, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
Understanding of payment processing, settlement, reconciliation, APIs, and industry best practices
Familiarity with KYC/KYB processes and regulatory compliance in the fintech or financial services industry
Knowledge of API integrations and technical support processes
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a data-driven approach
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
